You can join a group class at one of the various studios and gyms where I teach located in Issaquah, Sammamish, and Redmond in the state of Washington or have your own private class for you or a small group. Some people enjoy the energy in a group environment, others prefer the privacy of a smaller class or private lesson, where the instructor can focus on the individual practitioner's alignment and needs. Contact me to discuss your goals and needs, I will be happy to help you with what works best for you!
